Waterslides and Inflatable Water Parks are not recommended for the following individuals: People who are pregnant, have a pre-existing heart condition, have had recent surgery or joint replacement, or have back or neck trouble. Remember, if you suspect your health could be at risk for any reason, or you could aggravate a pre-existing condition of any kind, DO NOT Participate.
This pass has been purchased by the guest, who hereby acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions of The Lake Gregory Co. (set forth below.)

In consideration of The Lake Gregory Company (herein referred to as "The Company") permitting the Guest to participate in Park Activities, the guest agrees to voluntarily waive substantial legal rights, including the right to sue The Company for injury, death, or property damage.

The Guest expressly waives any and all claims which the Guest has or may have in the future against The Company on account or injury, death, or property damage, arising out of or attributable to the Guest’s participation in activities.

The Guest acknowledges the risks involved in the activities and assumes full responsibility for any and all incidents that may occur as a result of his/her participation.

The guest agrees to hold The Company harmless from any and all claims, including attorney's fees, which may occur as a result of the Guest's participation in the activities. If The Company incurs any expense, the guest agrees to reimburse The Company.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Guest has executed this Waiver as of the date on receipt.
